We can help you understand these new changes and how they affect you if you're already going through the Family Courts system.
It is important to make arrangements for your children if you separate. If you are unsure of your rights and obligations as guardian of your children, Robinson Law can help.
These arrangements can be made by agreement, or if you are unable to reach agreement, with the assistance of the Family Court which can make Parenting Orders and other orders about the care and welfare of your children. We offer advice, guidance and representation through this process.
